Applications to be submitted by 14 July accompanied by Canadian $56.50 by cheque to:

Festival location will be at the Sparks Street Mall in Downtown Ottawa.

Vouchers for a light breakfast and lunch will be provided for both Saturday and Sunday and there will be a complimentary dinner Saturday evening with prizes.

Stone type will be Indiana limestone at approximately 12in x 12in x 8in (300mm x 300mm x 200mm). Special sizes are possible if your design requires it.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Participants must provide their own personal protective equipment and hand tools - no power tools will be accepted.

The Canadian Stone Carving Festival is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged.

The pieces of work completed at the event will be publicly auctioned on 23 July with the proceeds being donated to the Ottawa Innercity Ministries.

Participants agree to carve at their own risk.
