Amir Reske, Managing Director of Caesarstone UK, receives the Innovation in Materials Award from Claudia Winkleman.
Caesarstone won Gold Award for ‘Innovation in Materials’ for its entire quartz collection of 44 different colours and finishes at the Designer Kitchen & Bathroom Awards 2017.
The winners were announced in a glamorous awards ceremony at the Bloomsbury Big Top on 22 November.
Amir Reske, Managing Director of Caesarstone UK, collected his Award from celebrity presenter Claudia Winkleman.
He said: “This award has truly topped a fantastic year for Caesarstone." At the beginning of the year Caesarstone opened its own UK warehouse inside the M25 at Enfield.
"We are delighted for our design team as it recognises their tireless efforts to keep innovating and pushing the boundaries in this industry.”
Caesarstone quartz has many design applications, but is perhaps known best for its prominence in kitchens and bathrooms. “Today’s modern kitchens and bathrooms are multi-functional. They create a working space as well as an expressive showpiece; a place for the homeowner to convey their own creative flare and design,” says Amir. “Within these spaces, one component in particular takes the brunt of the knocks, but given its large area, it also dictates the overall style: the worktop.”
