New company to sell Dry-Treat stone treatments in the UK and Ireland

David Coster (right), who has represented Dry-Treat in the UK and Ireland for many years, is now a Director of the new UK distribution company, Advanced Stone & Masonry Supplies Ltd.

A new company has been established to sell Dry-Treat stone treatments in the UK and Ireland.

It is called Advanced Stone & Masonry Supplies Ltd, set up in July as a sister company to Mirus Ceramics.

From the beginning of August, Dry-Treat products will be available through Advanced Stone & Masonry Supplies. The industry's contact will continue to be David Coster, who has represented Dry-Treat in the UK for many years, as he is a Director of the new company along with Gary Timpson.

From August, Dry-Treat and its parent company, ICP Construction Inc, will no longer process orders for customers in the UK and Ireland.

Dry-Treat says that over the past few years the challenge of managing the UK from the United States has increased along with sales, particularly with the five-hour time delay between the Dry-Treat office in the US and customers in the UK. That has sometimes made it difficult for Dry-Treat to respond appropriately to customer's needs. Having Dry-Treat managed by a separate distributor in the UK means customers will benefit from same day shipment of orders from local stock holding and products priced in pounds rather than dollars.

David Coster also says the move will allow Advanced Stone & Masonry Supplies to look at supplying a broader range of complementary products.

Advanced Stone & Masonry Supplies Ltd is based in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire.
