Hensel introduce the 595

Hensel have introduced a new machine, the 595, capable of processing worktops and memorials on five surfaces as well as chamfering the edges.

It is no longer necessary to move a workpiece on a machine or take it from one machine to another. The 595, available in the UK from Roger Chandler in Oakham, Rutland, can handle it.

Straight edges, chamfers and small radii, quarter and half noses and pencil rounds can be worked with grinding plates of only 100mm diameter.

For kitchen tops, line drilling for sink units, drain surfaces, bore holes and inner and outer contours can be produced. And for monuments tricky chamfer shapes and small radii can be ground and polished on curved and straight edges.

Advanced software and a universal tool slide make this a sophisticated machine for the still expanding kitchen worktop market as well as for memorial masonry.
