Slips and trips continue to be the biggest cause of workplace injuries. Wearing appropriate footwear can help prevent such incidents and now the Health & Safety Laboratory (HSL) has launched a new footwear rating scheme called 'GRIP'.

GRIP provides free information to help you make informed, evidence-based decisions before purchasing resistance footwear.

Shoes for Crews '5 Grip' and 'Mighty Grip' as well as the Safer Safety 'Grip Boot' have achieved 5 stars.

Safer Safety's Keuka 'SureGrip' and Sievi's Solid IN XL S3 have achieved 4 stars.
